GO! Run is a free, fun and flexible Girls Only running program developed to increase girls’ participation in physical activity. Creating Girls Only opportunities allows for girls to focus on age appropriate skill development, while building confidence and self-esteem in a fun and inclusive environment.

GO! Run clubs will have access to a free, downloadable handbook to help schools kickstart successful, which includes tips and tricks on engaging girls, new games and activities and other helpful resources. GO! Run clubs also receive t-shirts for coaches, finisher prizes, access to coaches workshops happening around the province throughout the school year, the opportunity for a local doctor to come out and speak to your club, and support in creating or attending a Fun Run with your GO! Run club.
